After placing your order you will receive a web confirmation and also an email confirmation of order.

Please send us your inquiry via contact us form and we will contact you as soon as possible. 

We deliver within 1-2 business days from the order’s date. Orders placed on Thursday after 8:00AM & Friday will be processed the following Saturday & Sunday.

We can deliver to most countries around the world that SkyNet Worldwide Shipping delivers to, in a reasonable time frame, where your package is sent in an adequately protected packaging to ensure safe transit and receipt.

International shipping is calculated based on either volume or weight of the total package being shipped and its destination. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, excluding duties & taxes, for you to approve before placing the order. Please note that all international customers are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel.

Also please note that AlShaya Perfumes cannot ship perfumes size larger than 30ml internationally. We thank you for your understanding.

ALSHAYA PERFUMES delivery service requires a signature on delivery; therefore we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If you select gift message by checking the appropriate box in our customer checkout and entering a gift message. Each item will be wrapped in a signature AlShaya Perfumes gift paper and is accompanied with a gift card.

  1. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  2. Orders placed on Thursday after 8:00 AM & Friday will be processed the following Saturday & Sunday.
  3. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days except major holidays. (Business days in Kuwait: Sunday through Thursday)

Payment can be made by Knet, MasterCard and Visa. For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

Before you can place an order at AlShaya Perfumes online store, you will be asked to create a customer account. You can alter the information you provide at any time by logging into “my account”.

Log in, then go to "MY ACCOUNT” choose “My Order History" section (located on the left frame). You will see all your AlShayaPerfumes.com orders along with their status and SkyNet tracking numbers.

AlShayaPerfumes.com gives you the opportunity to take advantage of occasionally special offers, by entering promo codes upon checkout. These promo codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one promo code may be used per order.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply visit our shop in Avenues mall -phase 1- within 5 days of receiving your order. The original receipt must accompany all returns.

Be aware that:

  1. We are not able to process the returns of opened merchandise. You may return any unopened products in sellable condition within 5 days of purchase as long as the original receipt accompanies them.
  2. Our customized boxes orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. If you take the advantage of occasionally special offers on your purchase, you will have to exchange the item with the same amount you pay for it, not its original price, also the value of the refund will have the same condition.
  4. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Please note all our products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
 
However we are welling to replace any defective product(s) for the same product(s), subject to availability if informed and returned within 3 days of receiving it. Shipping, taxes and duties are free on the replacement item(s). You will receive a credit note if the item(s) is not available by email detailing its value and how to use it. However we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.

Please contact our customer service to coordinate your exchange of any defective product. Provide your order number, email address and phone number for prompt service.

You are able to cancel your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit order' on the final page of our ordering process.

Simply click on the forgot password link on the login page to create a new one.

ALSHAYA PERFUMES products displayed on the website are available while supplies last. The prices displayed on the website are quoted in KD (Kuwaiti Dinar) and you can display your preferable currency by choosing it for display purpose only where you will always be charged in KD. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

  1. You can use the E-Gift Card as soon as you add your preferred items to the shopping bag.
  2. You will find a code in your E-Gift Card email.
  3. Enter this code in the “E-Gift Card” field at checkout.
  4. You will see the change in the final price after entering the E-Gift Card code.
  5. You can now continue with your checkout. On the last page you have the option to review your shopping bag and the final price, before confirming your purchase.
